Original tags and invoice are intact

The item has no stains, odors, or signs of damage caused after delivery

2. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned if:

Items are damaged due to misuse, washing, or improper handling

Products returned after the 7-day window
3. Valid Reasons for Return or Refund
We fully take responsibility and offer solutions if:

You receive a wrong item

You receive a wrong size or color (mistake from our side)

The product is defective or damaged at the time of delivery
In such cases, we will offer:

Full refund (as per customer preference)
4. Exchange Policy

Size or item exchanges are allowed once per order

Customer bears the return shipping cost (unless the error is ours)

Replacement item will be dispatched after the returned item passes inspection
5. Refund Policy (COD Orders)
In case of orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD):

Refunds are processed via bank transfer

Customer must share valid bank details

Refund amount excludes delivery charges (unless fault is ours)
Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after approval.
6. Return Process
