  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require verification via call or WhatsApp before dispatch.

  • Online prepaid orders are processed directly after successful payment confirmation and generally do not require manual verification.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


2. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across Pakistan only.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.


3. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 2–5 working days, depending on your location.

  • Remote or rural areas may require additional time.

  • Online prepaid orders are prioritized for faster processing and dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier or external factors.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

  • Any applicable delivery fee will be clearly shown before order confirmation.


5. Courier Partners

  • We work with reliable courier services.

  • Courier selection may vary based on location and service availability.


6. Delivery Responsibility

  • Please ensure that the provided shipping address and contact details are accurate.

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

    • Incorrect or incomplete address details

    • Customer unavailability at the time of delivery

    • Courier delays due to weather, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances


7. Failed or Refused Deliveries (COD Orders)

  • If a COD order is refused or unclaimed, the customer may be contacted for clarification.

  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in order restrictions or advance payment requirements for future purchases.


8. Damaged or Missing Parcels

  • If your parcel arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please inform the courier immediately and contact us within 24 hours.

  • We will assist you in resolving the issue in coordination with the courier service.
